Please see the attached save the date flyer and agenda for our upcoming TB Update for Physicians & Clinicians.  Registration for TRAIN is now available at: https://ky.train.org/DesktopShell.aspx.  Instructions are also attached on how to navigate the TRAIN website.  If you are having trouble registering please notify Rebecca Pearl at rebecca.pearl@ky.gov or by phone at 502-564-4276 ext. 3521.

Deadline for Registration is COB May 4th, 2011.
